NOTE:  This agency participates in a Unified Intake process and does not accept individual requests for shelter. Callers in need of shelter must call 2-1-1 for a referral.

Twenty single permanent supportive housing units for single adults who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. Services include 40 hour on-site staffing, case management and 24/7 staff on-call. Legion Woods is owned by The Connection, managed by DeMarco. Case management services are provided by Columbus House.
