Energy Assistance Program; Contingency Heating Assistance Program; Federal Public Housing Assistance / Section 8; SNAP (Food Stamps); Medicaid (including HUSKY and Healthy Start); Personal Care Assistance; Refugee Program; Rental Assistance; SAGA; State Supplement to the Aged, Blind, or Disabled; Supplemental Security Income (SSI); or Temporary Family Assistance.

Eligibility: Household income at or below 135% FPL and/or participate in one of the following programs: Care for Kids; Conn. Energy Assistance Program; ConnPACE; Contingency Heating Assistance Program; Federal Public Housing Assistance / Section 8; SNAP (Food Stamps); Medicaid/Title 19 (including HUSKY and Healthy Start); Personal Care Assistance; Refugee Program; Rental Assistance; SAGA; State Supplement to the Aged, Blind, or Disabled; Supplemental Security Income (SSI); or Temporary Family Assistance; No one in the household can be receiving Lifeline Assistance through another provider; Must have a valid postal address (not a P.O. Box address)
