Description
Connecticut Vaccine Program (CVP) is Connecticut’s pediatric vaccination program that provides vaccines at no cost to children birth through 18 years of age. The CVP requires healthcare providers who administer pediatric vaccines to obtain the vaccines through the Department of Public Health. The CVP program also includes three additional vaccines - rotavirus, influenza, and meningococcal b - covering all sixteen childhood  vaccines currently recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Drive through vaccinations weekly by appointment outside of 120 Main Street, also being provided.

Eligibility: Children birth through 18 years of age
Application Process: Drive through vaccinations weekly by appointment outside of 120 Main Street, also being provided
Program Fees: Sliding fee; If patient does not have insurance they can apply for the Discounted Fee Schedule Program by completing an application and providing proof of available income
