Agency encourages self-advocacy by adults who are legally blind or have significantly impaired vision and who are experiencing difficulties in accessing services. Educates the public, service providers and employers about individuals of all ages who are legally blind or have significantly impaired vision. Provides information on programs (including Lions Low Vision Services) to assist persons with visual impairments who are not legally blind and helps locate needed services for people who are legally blind or have significantly impaired vision.
