Lung Cancer Screening Program for people ages 55 through 80 who are current smokers or former smokers who quit within 15 years and smoked one pack per day for 30 years or 2 packs per day for 15 years (the number of packs per day times the number of years smoked should be 30 or above). A family history of lung cancer or additional risk factors may also be considered .
