Offers access to two swimming pools, an outdoor hot tub, three state parks with hiking trails and bike paths, snow skiing, snowboarding, sliding hills, and horse farms and stables with therapeutic riding. There is also a local gym where memberships can be purchased. Arts and crafts is offered as a leisure activity and includes quilting, jewelry making, scrap booking, painting, candy making and baking for special occasions. Transportation is provided for recreational activities located away from the Colchester location.
