Program Delivery
Eligibility: Ages 12 through 18; Substance abuser or at risk of abusing substances; No restrictions on referral source
Application Process: Contact the Intake Department at the center to request an evaluation. A screening session will be scheduled within one week. If the situation is an emergency an evaluation will be arranged within 24 hours
