Operates 24/7 Adult Protective Services hotline to report adult abuse or neglect. Investigates reports of suspected neglect, abandonment, physical, sexual, mental, emotional, or financial abuse. Provides emergency response, crisis intervention, and protection from abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
