Funds available to help low and moderate income households purchase existing housing units within the neighborhoods of Thompsonville and North Thompsonville. In addition, the property must be the primary residence of the applicant(s) for the duration of the loan. All loan determinations are subject to a Loan Review Committee process that will affirm the applicant's eligibility.
