Eligibility:

Program is open to all homeowners whose property is served by the City of Modesto’s Water System. Applicant’s account must be in good standing. Lawn areas to be converted must be currently maintained and in healthy condition. Lawns already removed at the time of pre-inspection are not eligible for rebate.

Funding is limited and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The City reserves the right to terminate this program at any time, for any reason.
