Individuals should keep your EBT card safe to prevent loss or theft. Multiple requests within a calendar year may require additional review and approval by DSS.

  • A new EBT card can be requested. If individuals feel their benefits have been stolen, or their identity has been compromised, individuals can request a replacement EBT card. Contact the EBT Customer Service Center.
