Substance Abuse assessment services provides evaluation for those seeking treatment for opioid addictions. Centers can also provide Naloxone (Narcan) medication to individuals to prevent an overdose. Additionally, programs providing treatment for substance use also can provide education and access through prescriptions or kits to Naloxone (Narcan).

Eligibility: Individuals with an Opioid abuse/misuse addiction, whether of heroin or prescription painkillers (e.g., Vicodin, Percocet, Oxycontin); Family members, community members taking care of, or educating those with an Opioid addiction on how to assist with treatment and prevent an overdose
