Description
Provides court advocacy, diversion services, and evidenced based treatment modalities for adult persons with mental health and substance use issues involved in the court system. The Criminal Justice Program is an umbrella for a number of specialized diversion/court ordered programs. These include Mental Health Court programs (The Felony Mental Health Court), Community Treatment Alternatives Program (CTAP- Court advocacy and jail in reach/case management) and the Mental Health Diversion Review Board program (a metropolitan Louisville community board to oversee and promote diversion of persons with mental illness from the courts). 

The program also provides psychological treatment staff for the Willow program at KCIW (Kentucky Correctional Institution for Women) in Peewee Valley, KY.
