Description
Food pantry model combines food distribution with case management to support up to 100 eligible low-income families. Pantry is a member-focused program designed for individuals motivated to make positive changes in their lives.
Participants receive case management services alongside access to nutritious food for a limited duration. Case management addresses the root causes of food insecurity, including employment and education, helping individuals build stability and self-sufficiency. Volunteers assist clients with pantry shopping and preparation of fresh vegetables.
Clients may participate in the program for approximately 12 to 18 months, gaining the tools and support needed to create lasting change.
