Offers support to clients with behavioral health challenges, who want to manage their symptoms. Helps clients move forward with their lives in healthy and positive ways. Services provided include:

  • Peer led groups that focus on skill building, coping skills, and symptom management

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Adults that have severe and persistent mental illness.
Languages: Cantonese, Khmer (Cambodian), Spanish, Filipino
Application Process: Call to apply. Individuals need to either self-refer and or be referred by case manager from their service team. Please contact the site for a referral form.
