Offers Alameda County seniors with free legal assistance. The legal assistance provided include:

  • representation in court
  • administrative hearings
  • referrals to other community resources
  • community education
  • training on legal issues

Description: Located on the top floor of an 8 story building. We are directly across from the elevators.

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Alameda County seniors age 60 and over (age 50 for Guardianships) with a legal issue or problem in the areas of elder abuse, guardianship of minors, public benefits/social security, naturalization, conservatorship, housing, and health law/Medi-Cal/Medicare. Referrals are provided for all individuals requesting assistance outside of these legal areas.
Languages: Interpreter services available, English
Application Process: Call for an appointment
Program Fees: No fee. Donations gratefully accepted.
