Description
Offers support to homeless community members who are experiencing mental health challenges. Services provided include:
  • Outreach to people “where they are at,” whether they are living on the streets, in encampments or parks, or elsewhere
  • Bring supplies like BART/bus tickets, hygiene kits, and more. Helps build relationships to help people access services
  • Provide peer support from staff members with lived experience
  • Assist partners with supportive services around housing, mental health services, more
  • Targeted case management services, including wellness and recovery support
  • “Housing First” approach to securing a sustainable living situation
  • Linkages in the community for ongoing support
