The Long Term Care Ombudsman is available to assist residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities with their complaints. The Ombudsman will thoroughly investigate and attempt to resolve all complaints received. Ombudsman complaints are kept confidential; Information is disclosed only under the direction of the person being assisted. The Ombudsman may also be able to provide inquirers with a list of nursing facilities and assisted living facilities in the area.
