Program Delivery

Eligibility:	To qualify for free prescription drugs, you can be any age with chronic medical conditions, have no prescription drug insurance coverage and your income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Social Security disabled individuals of ANY age in the 24 month Medicare waiting period are eligible for medication assistance and also Medicare beneficiaries who fall into the gap/doughnut hole for prescription coverage.
