The Reading Buddy progam is a designed to help students improve their literacy skills by giving them the opportunity to read aloud to someone. Reading aloud is one of the most effective ways to improve a child's reading accuracy and fluency. Students who do not learn to read by the fourth grade are less likely to graduate from hight school. With your help, students can have a much better chance of graduating.
