Offers transitional housing and a wide range of supportive services to former foster youth. A robust staffing model ensures participants are properly assessed and put on the right path to becoming self-reliant.

Services and workshops that are provided include:

  • Life Skills courses
  • Connection to an Education Specialist
  • Connection to a Case Manager who will work on eliminating barriers to housing, advocate for the youth, and support towards a goal of self-sufficiency
  • Connection to an Employment Specialist who will focus on getting each participant employed and focused on long-term career opportunities
  • Connection to Housing and Credit Specialists who will work with each participant to ensure a successful transition to permanent housing
  • Connection to a full array of benefits such as; transportation for necessary appointments, school, employment; access to a computer lab; clothing, and furniture

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Youth 18-24 years of age who are emancipated from foster/probation care. Participants must have a background free of violent criminal charges for the past 3 years and must not be PC290 Registrants.
Availability: Up to 2 times every 1 year(s).
Languages: Translation services are available for multiple languages upon request, Spanish, English
Application Process: Please email [email protected] for the Zoom link to orientation. An applicant must attend orientation, and at that time, they will receive the referral and background check.
