Description

Daytime support program for older adults with dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease. Aims to help meet the social and care needs of people with memory issues, while their family members get respite from caregiving.

Full-day and half-day programs are available. Programs engage older adults in a variety of activities to match their interests and backgrounds. Staff can also provide personal care assistance to older adults.

All Triple-R sites are licensed by the State of California.

Description: Located near the corner of Southgate Road and Royal Oaks Drive. Triple-R is located at the back of Woodlake Elementary School.

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Adults ages 50 and older with mild to severe memory issues (dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease).
Languages: Languages vary by site, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish, Tagalog, Thai, English
Application Process: Call or email to request an information packet or to schedule a visit to one of the sites. Information packets include a brochure, newsletter, lunch menus, and fee information.

Program Fees: Monthly fees vary depending on care needs and attendance schedules.

Most Long-Term Care insurance policies cover attendance at Triple-R. Other payment mechanisms may be available depending on circumstances. Call for more information.
