Provides early learning programs focused on child development and active learning.

Preschool programs include:

  • State Wrap Preschool: free program based on family size and income. Classes are in session for 6.5 hours from Monday through Thursday, and 3 hours and 45 minutes on Fridays.
  • Full-Day Preschool: free or reduced-cost program based on family size and income. Program is for families that are working, in school, incapacitated, or seeking employment. Families may receive up to 7 hours of childcare services based on the parent's documented need.
