Assists veterans and their dependents with filing VA claims and applying for services. Helps get earned veterans' benefits from the State of California and local government entities. Acts as an advocate and provides case management services for the veterans of Sacramento County.

Eligibility: Serves veterans and active-duty service members, as well as their dependents and spouses or widows, throughout Sacramento County.
Languages: Most languages by arrangement. American Sign Language Interpreter available on request, English
Application Process: Call, walk-in, or make an appointment for claims assistance.


Walk-in services are provided for: DMV verification forms, College Fee Waivers, dropping off claims paperwork, and urgent VA matters​.


Claims assistance by appointment only. Customers who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be rescheduled.
