Low-income customers who qualify for the Energy Assistance Program Rate (EAPR) income guidelines listed below (200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, effective as of February 1, 2026).
Income-Based Eligibility Guidelines: Household size of 1-2: monthly income of $3,607; annual income of $43,284 Household size of 3: monthly income of $4,553; annual income of $54,636 Household size of 4: monthly income of $5,500; annual income of $66,000 Household size of 5: monthly income of $6,447; annual income of $77,364 Household size of 6: monthly income of $7,393; annual income of $88,716
Add $947 for each additional person in the household.
Households are eligible for the discounted rate if their income doesn't exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. These figures reflect that percentage.
