Offers supportive housing and mental health services for those with psychiatric disabilities and long-term or recurring homelessness. The mission of the program is to stably house individuals and families so that they can realize their recovery goals, while supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and helping them improve their quality of life.

Program Hours:
Sacramento County Mental Health Access Team: Seven days a week, 24-hours;
Turning Point Office: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm
Description: Located near the intersection of Rosin Court and Northgate Boulevard.

Disabilities Access: Fully accessible to individuals using mobility aids. Designated, accessible parking spaces.

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Individuals and families where at least one member has a severe mental illness (SMI) and who are experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness.
Languages: Most languages by arrangement. American Sign Language Interpreter available on request, English
Application Process: Referral through Sacramento County Mental Health Access Team, 916-875-1055.
Payment methods: Accepts Medi-Cal
