Program Delivery
Eligibility: To be eligible, individuals must:
- Be a Sacramento County resident
- Be very low-income
- Be 21 - 64 years of age
- Not qualify for Medi-Cal, Medicare, or other health insurance program
- Be a U.S. citizen or meet federal immigration status requirements
Languages: Interpretation services available upon request, American Sign Language Interpreter available on request, English
Application Process: Eligibility applications may be picked up at the County Health Center or the County Pharmacy. Applications are reviewed for Medi-Cal and subsidized health care through Covered California.
