Low-income residents of Sacramento with: - Medi-Cal Fee-for-Service - Medi-Cal Managed Care - Healthy Partners enrollment - Medicare - Medi-Medi (eligible for both Medicare and Medi-Cal)
Uninsured low-income individuals with a medical need may go in for services and enrollment assistance. Must not be receiving care from another medical provider.

Call to request an appointment. The Sacramento County Health Center is expanding virtual appointment options to better serve patients who need flexible, convenient access to care. Contact the Sacramento County Health Center to find out if a virtual visit is right for you. Some services still require in-person care.
