Eligibility for breast cancer screening: -Age 40 or over -Income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (effective through March 2026) -Medical insurance does not cover these services -High insurance deductible or co-payment -Medi-Cal or another government insurance program are not providing these services -Live in California and able to receive mail -Citizenship status is not a factor
