Eligibility: Open to everyone. Primary focus is Slavic refugees from the former USSR: Russian, Moldavian, Ukrainian, Byelorussian, and Armenian people.
Languages: Belo-Russian, English, Ukrainian
Application Process: Call for an appointment. Welcomes walk-in but calling is preferred.
Payment methods:
Program Fees: Most services are free—fee for Public Notary Services, Picture ID, and Immigration services.
