Eligibility:

Applicant must be at least 65 years old (or 55 years old if the homeowner has a verifiable disability), meet income requirements, and be on the title or deed of the property.
Minor Repair Grant is available to households earning less than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Major Repair Grant is available to households earning less than 50% of the Area Median Income.
