A public counter that assists customers with various matters related to City agencies. Topics include planning, engineering, building, and transportation issues. Staff can assist with permits and applications.

To apply for minor permits online, get information and help at the online services center. Residents can also submit a Building Electronic Plan Check (EPC), schedule remote inspections, and download necessary forms.

Customers can request an appointment for the following services:

All other services will continue to be offered electronically. Paper plans are no longer being accepted.

Tuesday through Thursday, 9 am - 3:30 pm, appointments are prioritized, and walk-ins are accommodated as availability allows.
