Provides a community service that improves the quality of life and environment in Folsom by keeping neighborhoods clean, safe, and desirable. The division responds to complaints, investigates violations, and obtains compliance with the Folsom Municipal Code.

Receives reports of hazards and complaints concerning any of the following:

  • Abandoned vehicles
  • Detached trailers
  • Yard parking
  • Property maintenance issues, such as grass or weed concerns
  • Graffiti
  • Illegal construction or occupancy
  • Illegal dumping, litter, or debris
  • Potholes and sidewalk repair
  • Streetlights and traffic signals
  • Hazard trees
  • Water drainage and leaks
  • Sanitary sewer issues
  • Substandard housing conditions
  • Illegal signs
  • Zoning violations
  • Unlicensed businesses
