Offers comprehensive mental health services for adults and with severe and persistent mental illness. Provides case management for outpatient services including assessment, treatment, and medication management. Offers residential programs when available.

Also offers emergency inpatient care at the County Psychiatric Health Facility. Provides 72 hours of evaluation and treatment for individuals experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis. Patients can be held for up to two weeks if medically-necessary.
