Eligibility: Must be San Luis Obispo County resident

Application Process: Participants must arrive by 1pm to enter the drawing. The first eight names to be drawn are guaranteed to be seen. Individuals whose names are not called may wait on a first-come first-serve basis and if time and resources permit.

Documents Required: Must bring documentation to support request.

For vehicle-related help:
-Vehicle registration (hard copy), proof of insurance, and driver's license
