CCS is a State program for children with certain diseases or health problems.  Through this program, children up to the age of 21 years, can get health care and services they need. CCS can connect you with doctors and trained providers who know how to care care your child with special health care needs.

Eligibility: Low-income permanent Stanislaus County residents UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS with medical conditions that are physically disabling or require medical, surgical, or rehabilitative services. Medical Therapy Unit services available to those with eligible medical conditions regardless of income.
Languages: Spanish, English
