Description
The Superior Court is a court of original jurisdiction and is the highest level of trial court in the county and state. It has jurisdiction on all cases of equity, cases involving titles to and possession of real property, civil cases, criminal cases, small claims cases, probate and family law matters, adoptions, mental health and juvenile cases.
