Description
The City of Grass Valley Planning department provides coordination and support for the Planning Commission and the Historical Commission. Develops, coordinates, and reviews the City's General Plan. Provides environmental review. Reviews plans for consistency with City zoning ordinances and development standards. Reviews and issues special use permits and sign permits.
