- Resource center with access to computers, a printer machine, job listings, staff assistance, and referral forms to specific programs
- Youth employment and on-the-job training
- Career guidance
- Unemployment assistance (computer help with EDD claims and contacts for EDD)

- Basic computer skills
- Job search
- Training assistance and assessment
