Description

Provides help securing affordable housing to low-income families, seniors, and individuals with a disability. Offers vouchers to families to pay a portion of the families rent. Voucher holders must contribute approximately 30–40% of their monthly income towards rent. The remaining rent balance is covered within reasonable limits and paid to the owner.

Current status of the waitlist is available online on the City of Santa Rosa website.
