Services of the County Clerk division include:
  • Issuing marriage licenses
  • Filing fictitious business name statements
  • Processing notary registrations and bonds
  • Handling environmental documents
  • Performing civil marriage ceremonies
  • Issuing certified copies of marriage, birth, and death records

Recorder's division records documents and files maps, maintains cross-reference indexes to these records. Also offers public kiosks for searching records. Typical recorded documents are:
