Homeowners who have identified concrete foundation problems in northeastern Connecticut, or those looking at how to investigate if their home may have possible issues, can link to the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protections webpage for information on this topic.  The site has reports of the investigation, Connecticut legislation passed on the issue, press releases, resources for homeowners affected, what to look for if homeowners suspect their residence may be affected and what steps to follow, related insurance issues, and how to file a complaint with a link to the form to file.

On November 15, 2018 applications will begin being accepted online from homeowners seeking state funds to replace failing foundations.  Applications will be reviewed and eligible payouts will be made, until funds run out.
