Offers free periodic well-child examinations to low income children and youth in California. CHDP exam includes:
  • Health and developmental history
  • Complete physical exam
  • Vision and hearing tests
  • Immunizations
  • Urine test, when indicated
  •  
If a condition is found, families are referred to private physicians and clinics for additional tests or treatment. Medi-Cal assistance is provided.

-"Full Scope" Medi-Cal and Under 21

-Under 19, have no health insurance, and low income (through CHDP Gateway*)
Languages: Spanish, English
