Program Delivery

Eligibility:	1. Children and adults who do not have health insurance (only certain vaccines are available for adults) 2. Persons 0-18 years who are Alaskan Native or American Indian 3. Persons 0-18 years who have Medi-Cal or are Medi-Cal eligible 4. Persons six months and older in need of influenza (flu) vaccine regardless of health coverage.

Application Process:	Call for appointment or walk-in. Last registration for walk-in clients is 30 minutes before closing - no exceptions.
