An employment and training program for out-of-school youth and young adults ages 18 – 24. Provides paid work experience to prepare for continued education or training that will lead to employment in high-demand occupations with career and promotional opportunities.

Eligibility: Youth, 18 - 24 years old and meet one or more of the following barriers:

• Must be out of school; dropped out of HS or have completed but not currently enrolled in college or other courses.

• Low Income

• Basic Skills Deficient; will assess

• Offender

• Homeless

• Runaway

• Foster Care

• Disability

• Pregnant or parenting

• Has never worked or has had problems holding a job

• Live in a high-poverty area
