Description
OASIS program provides Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) of Suboxone and intensive outpatient programming to offer a comprehensive MAT intervention.  Assessment services are provided to individuals seeking care, and to determine eligibility for those seeking treatment for opioid addictions.  OASIS can also educate and prescribe  Naloxone (Narcan) medication to individuals to prevent an overdose, if engaged in treatment.   Educational support is also offered to family members of clients being served.  Program is a joint partnership of Wellmore Behavioral Health and Staywell Health Center.

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Individuals with an Opioid abuse/misuse addiction, whether of heroin or prescription painkillers (e.g., Vicodin, Percocet, Oxycontin); Family members, community members taking care of, or educating those with an Opioid addiction on how to assist with treatment and prevent an overdose
