Provides support services: health insurance application assistance, HEAP/utility referrals, legal assistance,
case management for pregnant women and families 0-5, parenting classes (court approved). Also has a domestic violence advocate on site.
Referral services available for local and out of the area providers for medical, dental, mental health, employment training and job search, food, shelter, and developmental screening.
The following services are only for case managed clients: money management, bus passes*, and gas vouchers.
*Bus passes are only provided for health appointments. |
