Provides accessible improvements that can make a residence more accessible for a person with a permanent physical disability living in a low-income household within Kern County Planning and Natural Resources Department. Income verification is required for all people living at the residence.  

Improvements: 

- Widen doorways

-  Ramps with handrails

- Accessible toilet 

- Grab bars 

- Replace tub w/ accessible shower
