Description
Provides temporary financial support, as well as job training, and education to pregnant women, eligible families, and eligible non-citizens that have child(ren) in the home. Services could include: payments for childcare, diapers, transportation, ancillary support like books, tools, fees, and clothing, mental health services, substance abuse services, domestic abuse services, and personal counseling.
