 Description

Provides cash assistance to legal non-citizen individuals with disabilities, blindness, or older adults. For those who are ineligible to receive SSI/SSP due to their immigration status. SSI/SSP is Supplemental Security Income or State Supplemental Payment. Provides cash to meet basic needs. Funds are for:

  • Food
  • Clothing
  • Shelter
  • Pending SSI/SSP funding and support.

CAPI clients may be eligible for:

  • CalFresh
  • Medi-Cal
  • In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS).
